Thanks to Board member Nathan Bond, CYD students enjoyed a visit to VaynerMedia, where they learned about careers at this global creative and media agency from staff who work in media, analytics, and talent & recruiting. The students were excited to discuss Vayner’s innovative paid residency program for young employees, which does not require a college degree and can lead to long-term employment.
