Programs

At the center of our name, and the focus of our organization, are the young people we serve. We respond to students’ input and needs and adjust our programs to make sure they’re relevant and effective.

How We Work

Intensive, Individualized College and Career Preparation

Comprehensive Youth Development advisors work side by side with students to identify their individual needs and challenges, and help them map out a postsecondary plan for college, workforce training, or employment.

We offer a full range of college services, from applications to financial aid assistance, with an emphasis on the best ways to stay out of debt. And students gain invaluable workforce experience and insight through career exposure and internships.

Academic and Social Support Services

Tutoring, counseling, and a range of medical, housing, and legal referrals give our students the support they need to focus on high school.
