Roshelle Mankiewicz
Director, Global Insights Lab, BNY Wealth
Roshelle Mankiewicz both understands and relates to CYD’s mission: “I’m an immigrant from a family without generational wealth and I’ve always known that pursuing higher education and building financial literacy were essential to breaking that cycle and creating new opportunities for myself and my family.” At BNY Wealth, where she is Director of the Global Insights Lab, Roshelle advises individuals and families on strategies to achieve their financial goals and long-term objectives, helping clients build plans for lasting financial well-being. In seeking out a nonprofit with a strong focus on education, she was drawn to the impact CYD makes by giving students the support they need to graduate and guiding them toward higher education. “I believe education is the pathway to personal and financial independence, opportunity and long-term success, especially for those who did not come from wealth.”
Roshelle joined the Board in 2026, after being introduced to CYD by Board member Clara Brooks, a BNY Wealth colleague.
