Michael Roberts, Comprehensive Youth Development Executive Director, has been an advocate for adolescents for over twenty years. Prior to his roles at CYD, he developed programs at The Children’s Aid Society and Safe Horizon. “As one of 8 children who was born and raised in NYC I understand the importance of education as a foundation for the future.”
He is very impressed with the dedication of Comprehensive Youth Development staff and school partners and is passionate about developing young people as leaders. As a Board member he is “proud of the courageousness of our Board and their willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved.”
