As a Board member, Jackie Krese is is most passionate about helping students to negotiate the process of applying to colleges.
Jackie understands the struggles of students not well served in traditional school settings, making the role as a Comprehensive Youth Development Board member all the more meaningful to her. “My son has dyslexia and attention deficit disorder so I have experienced firsthand how difficult it is to get the appropriate help for a student who is struggling in the mainstream education system. Comprehensive Youth Development and the high school staff are truly passionate and dedicated to helping students make a better life for themselves.”
