Mauricio Espinosa worked with The Robin Hood Foundation to find a Board role in which “my passion would meet my experience, and fortunately enough Comprehensive Youth Development rose to the occasion.”
A seasoned finance professional from Mexico, Mauricio relates to the fact that “most of the students that are being nurtured by Comprehensive Youth Development are looking for better opportunities in America.” He hopes to help others gain “a deeper understanding of the needs of our immigrant students, so that they can see the best road to navigate the robust educational system.”
Mauricio joined the Board in 2019 and is currently launching a Special Situations Fund.
